### What BrokerConfigDiffVO is the cluster-wide config comparison summary - completeness, drift, reachability counts, compared fields, per-broker rows and differences. It had no test. This pins: the summary round-trips including the nested rows, and a fresh diff reads as incomplete, drift-free and empty. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (pure Lombok view). - Restored: green.
