   ### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes

   Refs #5093

   ### Brief Description

Keep fenced code bodies byte-for-byte intact while normalizing AI Markdown.
Track backtick/tilde fences, their lengths, and valid closing lines so shell
comments, diff lines and literal Markdown inside a fence are not rewritten.
This also covers an unfinished fence during streaming.

The previous broader PR #5330 was closed by the stale workflow. Open PR
#5730 addresses heading and thematic-break normalization; this change is
limited to fenced code protection and retains the existing prose repairs. Both
touch the normalizer, so their changes will need to be combined if merged in
sequence.

   ### How Did You Test This Change?

   - Vitest: **51 passed** across three AI render test files. All ten new fence
cases failed against the original implementation.
   - Cases cover backticks/tildes, longer fences, shorter or mismatched closing
markers, trailing content, indentation, LF/CRLF, unfinished streaming content
and prose surrounding a code block.
   - Prettier, ESLint, application TypeScript checking and `git diff --check`:
passed.

No browser session, live AI provider or full frontend suite was run.

   ### Checklist

   - [x] One coherent fix with regression tests
   - [x] New test file includes the ASF header
   - [x] No new UI strings

   ### AI Assistance

AI assistance was used to trace Markdown normalization, draft the fence
handling and regression cases, and execute the listed checks.
