### What NotificationDeliveryVO is one outbox delivery row. It had no test. This pins: a pending/retry delivery carries its attempt count, scheduled next attempt and last error with no delivered timestamp - and a delivered one carries its timestamp with neither next attempt nor error. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the attempt-count default drifted (red). - Restored: green.
