### What PrometheusAlertRule is one Prometheus alerting rule in its serialized form - the exact shape that round-trips through the rules transfer YAML. It had no test. This pins: the group/alert identity with the expression, duration and the annotation block (severity, team, summary, description) round-trip, and the record is value-equal. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (record carrier). - Restored: green.
