### What RemoteAclReadResult is the provider-backed ACL 2.0 read with per-broker provenance. It had no test. This pins: policies per broker with the per-broker failures round-trip, and isPartial() - some brokers answered and some did not - is the verdict that makes the diff view show a partial badge instead of an error. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: isPartial() stubbed to false (red). - Restored: green.
