### What ProxyVO is one row of the proxy list: its address, the health verdict, the connection count and the two ports (gRPC and remoting) the clients connect through. It had no test. This pins the row plus builder/all-args/no-args agreement, with the no-args path reading as an empty row rather than a defaulted one. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (row carrier). - Restored: green.
