### What DataSourceVO is one configured metrics data source. It had no test. This pins: the name, backend type and url are each required (a source without any of them is unusable), and the instance scoping list is optional - an empty list keeps the source globally available, which is a different state from "serves no instance" and must stay expressible. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (validation matrix). - Restored: green.
