功能说明：Add a `getTopicConfig` mqadmin subcommand that prints the actual TopicConfig stored on a broker for a topic. Existing commands do not expose this data: topicList prints only names, topicRoute prints routing and queue counts, and topicStatus prints offsets, while TopicConfig fields such as topicFilterType, topicSysFlag, order, and custom attributes (including LITE message type and expiration) are not visible. The admin API already exists in tools/src/main/java/org/apache/rocketmq/tools/admin/MQAdminExt.java:403 and DefaultMQAdminExt.java:240, and DefaultMQAdminExtImpl.java:290 delegates to MQClientAPIImpl.getTopicConfig at client/src/main/java/org/apache/rocketmq/client/impl/MQClientAPIImpl.java:3320. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
