## Summary - expose DLQ retry metadata, lossless body encoding, and user properties through rmq.message.query_dlq - align the typed MCP projection with the existing DLQMessageVO fields - extend the catalog schema and deterministic contract coverage ## User impact AI planners and operators can now inspect reconsumeTimes, bodyBase64, properties, and propertiesTruncated when diagnosing dead-letter messages. ## Scope This changes only the MCP read projection and its catalog schema.
