gradle/dependency-versions.gradle, and referred to as a variable in
build.gradle.
2. Parameterize SLF4J log statements (http://slf4j.org/faq.html).
3. Use brackets for single line if statements in EpochPartitioner.
4. Convert README to README.md.
5. "samsa" typo in README.
6. README should describe reset.sh.
