Follow-up on the latest Kafka CI failure: the JDK 8 lane passed Flink 1.13, 1.15, 1.18, and Zeta, while Flink 1.20 remained at 9/10 preloaded assertion records even though later committed keepalive records kept increasing. I pushed `33a9c39cdd` with an end-to-end readiness signal instead of consumer-group membership, a fixed sleep, or preloading assertion data. The test now waits until a unique probe has traversed Kafka Source -> EXACTLY_ONCE Kafka Sink and is visible to a `READ_COMMITTED` consumer, then sends the exact 10 assertion records. Readiness and keepalive markers are ignored by value, while duplicates, missing assertion records, and any unexpected values still fail. I also merged the latest `dev` again. The new CI run is the runtime gate for Flink 1.20 and both JDK axes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
