### Purpose of this pull request This PR addresses address CI failures for that surfaced while checking https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/11198, update the memory consumption and increase the timeout. ### Changes Updated maven command for `run all modules unit test` ```shell run: ./mvnw -B -T 1 clean verify -DskipUT=false -DskipIT=true -D"license.skipAddThirdParty"=true -D"skip.ui"=true -DargLine="-Xmx3072m -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=512m -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8" --no-snapshot-updates ``` Increased timeout-minutes for `all-connectors-it-3` from `210` to `240` ### How was this patch tested?
