Thanks for the context, @srijan-singh — that explains the shard/timeout behavior nicely: `connector-couchbase-e2e` landing in the middle of the shard list was reshuffling job weight distribution and pushing some legs over the time/memory budget this PR is tuning, and moving it to the end sidesteps that without touching the underlying CI logic this PR actually fixes. My APPROVED from earlier still stands — nothing here changes the correctness of the CI time/memory improvements in this PR. If you want to pursue making `connector-couchbase-e2e`'s shard placement smarter later (rather than just appending it), I'd treat that as its own follow-up CI PR so the shard-balancing change can be measured independently rather than folded into this one.
