@DanielLeens I updated the design after the last review
attemptStartedAt is now explicitly optional. The storage section follows the
existing JobHistoryService and Hazelcast lifecycle without assuming a pluggable
history backend. The routing requirement for /job-info/{jobId}/failures is
documented in both English and Chinese.
Could you please confirm if the design is ready for the first backend slice?
