结论：#11757 的可合入修复已由后继 PR #11913 承接。 当前 fork 虽然开启了 maintainer edits，但向 waterWang/seatunnel 的源分支推送仍被 GitHub 以 HTTP 403 拒绝，无法直接刷新本 PR 的 head。#11913 保留原提交链，并补上 stale tracker 在失去 TaskGroupLocation 所有权时仍释放自身 classloader 引用的修复；回归断言同时确认新 generation 的资源不会被清理。 已完成格式化和 git diff --check；新的 GitHub CI 已触发。感谢你把这个 restore-generation 竞态问题推进到这里，我会继续跟进后继 PR 的当前 head CI。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
