### Purpose of this pull request Part of #10753. This pull request adds a bounded Stripe source for PaymentIntents. It reuses SeaTunnel's HTTP connector infrastructure and does not add the Stripe SDK. The first version supports: - secret and restricted API keys; - Stripe API version and custom base URL overrides; - `created_gte` and `created_lt` filters; - cursor pagination through `starting_after`; - bounded exponential retry for HTTP 429 responses; - detection of empty or repeated pagination cursors; - the complete PaymentIntent JSON object in a stable `content STRING` column. The source is intentionally bounded. Incremental checkpoint state and streaming ingestion are outside this first slice. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. Users can configure `Stripe` as a new bounded source connector. English and Chinese documentation describe the schema, authentication, filters, pagination, retries, and current limitations. ### How was this patch tested? Added 12 focused tests with a deterministic local HTTP server covering: - required options and range validation; - request authentication and query parameters; - multiple pagination pages; - empty and repeated cursor protection; - HTTP 429 retry and retry exhaustion; - non-retryable HTTP errors; - source factory creation. The relevant HTTP connector reactor tests pass on Java 8 and Java 11.
