Thanks @SEZ9, appreciate the direct confirmation and the concrete checklist. Agreed there is nothing on the source-review side to add here — the remaining work is entirely on the contributor's side: resolve the conflicts with `dev`, push the refreshed head, and get a fresh `Build` run against the current diff.
