CI-fact update: the `Build` check on this exact head has since completed (it was still in_progress at review time). Good news specifically for the concern raised in this review: `engine-v2-it` and `engine-k8s-it` (both JDK 8 and 11, where `MasterWorkerClusterSeaTunnelWithTelemetryIT` runs) are all green, so the concurrent-bootstrap timing fix held under real CI. The overall `Build` still shows failure due to two unrelated jobs: `paimon-connector-it (8)` and `mysql-cdc-connector-it (11)`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
