### Purpose of this pull request This pull request introduces a new Apache SeaTunnel source connector: `connector-http-splunk`. It enables batch reading data from the Splunk REST API via an HTTP source pattern, utilizing token-based authentication and the synchronous export endpoint (`/services/search/jobs/export`). ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes.
