At head 4012e59f, I bounded the E2E download retries, added a transport-error diagnostic that does not expose exception messages, corrected the EN/ZH MDX notation, and fixed the Windows resource-path and JDK 8 test issues. Focused JDK 8/11 tests and all three WooCommerce E2E cases pass locally.
