For F5/F7/F8 at the current head ec6a7f9affc: `testRetryAfterHttpFailure` calls `handler.report()` twice, bounds both `takeRequest` calls at 10 seconds, and closes both request buffers. The one-day interval suppresses another periodic tick; the test does not wait for it to drive the retry. Redirect following is disabled with both `followRedirects(false)` and `followSslRedirects(false)`, and `testDoesNotFollowRedirects` verifies the target receives no request. One correction to the prior thread on F8: the current `testReportEvent` asserts `Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8`. The pre-PR OkHttp 2.7.5 `RequestBody.create(MediaType, String)` also appends `; charset=utf-8` when the media type lacks a charset, so that header is preserved, not a new incompatibility.
