I added the requested link to follow-up issue #12342 in the PR description. The latest Build is now failing in the unrelated integration-test partitions (`rocketmq`, `paimon`, `doris`, and `all-connectors-it` parts 2/6/7 across JDK 8/11); the PR's changed files are limited to the Zeta job-status logic and its focused tests. The notification/labeler checks pass, and the branch remains mergeable.
