Classification: A / MySQL-CDC schema nullability and data correctness. #12608 has now moved the repair to the Debezium parser path, rather than restoring nullability only after snapshot DDL. Its current scope covers initial DDL, streaming `ADD UNIQUE KEY` / `CREATE UNIQUE INDEX`, checkpointed table history after savepoint restore, the nullable `table-names-config.primaryKeys` path, and EN/ZH compatibility documentation. That is the right root-cause direction; #12597 separately covers nullable-key snapshot splitting. This issue is still not fixed in dev. The latest #12608 head changed after rebasing dev, its Build is in progress, and required re-review applies to that exact head.
