Thanks for linking phase 2 in #12881. It is now the implementation and review lane for Iceberg v3 deletion vectors, replay-safe commits, and the v2-compatibility coverage. The current Build result is failed, so none of the phase-2 behavior is accepted yet. Please resolve the CI failure and retain the recovery evidence and the explicit v2 compatibility cases in that PR; phases 3 and 4 should remain separate follow-ups.
