Status on the CI head, from the fork side.

The head you're asking about (`8b383c04`) has the heavyweight workflows
sitting in `action_required` — the [Checks
page](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/11077/checks) shows the-entry
waiting for approval rather than a runnable fork workflow for this commit. As
the PR author on a fork I can't approve `action_required` runs, and pushing a
no-op commit wouldn't help — it would spawn yet another approval-gated run
instead of producing evidence for the current head. What unblocks this is a
maintainer approving the existing run for this head; everything after that
happens quickly.

So I'd rephrase the ask to: **a committer approves the pending
`action_required` run for `8b383c04`**; I'll link the produced results for
re-review as soon as they land.

On the substance: agreed on sequencing — the code-level items
(collision-identity fallback, pattern precedence, and the expanded multi-table
coverage) stay open pending a CI-verifiable head, and that follow-up comes with
the CI link attached, as you asked.
