Thanks @SEZ9. No, there is no separate push planned. The documentation edit was the F7 constructor Javadoc, and it is in `9170d5e78a`: both `CdcEnumeratorProgressReport` constructors (`:68-74`, `:96-102`) now state that present counts must be non-negative and that assigned = completed + running is enforced only when all three are `EXACT`. No change to `docs/*/developer/cdc-progress.md` was pending, and that file is unchanged since `d2f8193c97`. The current head is `122d0af5fa`, which only adds the test-ordering fix in `SnapshotSplitAssignerTest`. @DanielLeens: - Serializer string/frame bounds: still unbounded, as noted in the PR description. I will send this as a follow-up PR after this one lands. - `all-connectors-it-3 (17)` timeout: I re-ran the failed job on fork run 40159930908. attempt 2 is running now; I will post the result here. - `addSplitsBack` comment: I left it as is. The shared monitor is documented in the test at `SnapshotSplitAssignerTest.java:358`. - #12137 stays draft.
