Hi, I'm Prasad — a software engineer working with Java/Python and data
pipelines. I'd like to claim the **RegexExtract** documentation rewrite under
this tracker.

I checked the current dev pages (`docs/en/transforms/regexextract.md`,
`docs/zh/transforms/regexextract.md`) against `RegexExtractTransformConfig`,
`RegexExtractTransformFactory#optionRule()`, `RegexExtractTransform` and
`RegexExtractMultiCatalogTransform`. Both pages are still the four-column
placeholder style: no "Support Those Engines" section, no five-column options
table, and the shared multi-table options (`table_transform`,
`table_match_regex`, `rule_match_mode`) are not documented. I found no existing
RegexExtract claim in this thread and no open PR rewriting these two files.

I'll submit one documentation-only PR against `dev` that:
   - rewrites both EN and ZH pages to the connector documentation standard
(Support Those Engines, Description, Key Features, five-column Options table,
one section per option, Multi-Table Configuration, runnable examples, Changelog)
   - documents every option verified against the code: `source_field`,
`regex_pattern`, `output_fields` (all required in a single-table rule,
`output_fields` must be non-empty), optional `default_values` (length must
equal `output_fields`), plus the multi-table options and common options
   - covers the behaviour the current page does not explain: the capture-group
count must equal the number of `output_fields`, output columns are nullable
`STRING` columns, and a null source value or a non-matching pattern yields the
`default_values` (or nulls when none are configured)
   - includes the three example shapes: transform-level rule only,
transform-level rule plus per-table rules, and `table_transform`-only
configuration

Any code/doc mismatch I find while verifying will be raised as a separate
issue rather than folded into this PR. Please let me know if RegexExtract is
still available to claim.
