分析了一下原因是这个刷新实例版本的定时任务在调用CSE接口失败之后instancesCache被移除不会再被加回来导致的。加回来的场景只有两个，一个是服务启动的时候触发，第二个是consumer发起调用的时候，但是发起调用的时候走到org.apache.servicecomb.registry.DiscoveryManager#getOrCreateVersionedCache里面的versionedCache已经有值，走不到下面的发现实例逻辑，导致后续永远无法恢复 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
