fix(licensing): drop the TMDb example dataset and list the bundled Iris dataset
in LICENSE (#8803)

### What changes were proposed in this PR?

Resolves #8799 in full:

- **Drop the TMDb example dataset**
(`bin/single-node/examples/datasets/popular-movies-of-imdb/`) and its
demo
workflow (`[Example] Data Exploration on Movies Dataset.json`). The
dataset
is CC0 only per the Kaggle uploader; the data (including movie overview
text) comes from TMDb, whose terms restrict redistribution, so the CC0
claim does not hold up. The examples loader discovers datasets and
workflows by scanning directories, so no script change is needed; the
single-node examples now ship the Iris dataset and its ML demo workflow.
- **root `LICENSE`**: new CC0 section listing the bundled Iris dataset,
  referencing `licenses/LICENSE-CC0-1.0.txt` (already in-tree).
- **`bin/single-node/LICENSE`**: the same entry with the in-bundle path.
- **`create-release-candidate.yml`**: the compose-bundle step now ships
`licenses/LICENSE-CC0-1.0.txt`, so the LICENSE reference resolves inside
  the bundle.

### Any related issues, documentation, discussions?

Closes #8799.

### How was this PR tested?

License-text, workflow-config and file removals; YAML parse verified.
The
examples loader scans `datasets/*/` and `workflows/*.json` (checked
against
`bin/single-node/examples/load-examples.sh`). The next RC dispatch
exercises
the changed bundle step.
