Closes: #8897 ### How was this PR tested? - Static, non-functional change (CSS dead-code removal); no behavior changes, so no test added. - Verify no references exist: run `rg -n "data-size|borderless-button|table-footer|download-all-button" frontend/src` and confirm there are no remaining hits. - Open the result panel table, hover a cell, and confirm the per-cell download icon and all table styling render unchanged. ### Was this PR authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
