feat(frontend): add searchable property dropdowns (#8081)

### What changes were proposed in this PR?

Make schema-backed enum dropdowns searchable without changing their
options or selection modes. Preserve grouped and disabled options,
placeholders, and change callbacks.

### Any related issues, documentation, discussions?

Closes #8069

### How was this PR tested?

Fresh detached worktree from upstream main at `98c63374b7`, Node 24 on
Windows. All 6,832 frontend tests pass, with one existing skip. The
focused Formly and CSV preview suites also pass all 78 tests.

The macOS CI failure used vi.waitFor's one-second default for
FileReader. A controlled 1.2-second read reproduces the same failure
locally. The same 59-test suite passes after allowing 10 seconds for
that asynchronous check. Assertions and parser behavior are unchanged;
the delay probe was not committed.

>From frontend:

```text
node node_modules/@angular/cli/bin/ng.js test --watch=false --progress=false
node .yarn/releases/yarn-4.14.1.cjs format:fix
node .yarn/releases/yarn-4.14.1.cjs format:ci
```
Manual verification used Chromium at 1100 by 800 in an isolated
localhost fixture with the actual Formly and NG-ZORRO components. The
old dropdown input is read-only. The new one filters TOTAL to
order_total, handles a missing match, and updates the form model through
mouse and keyboard selection. This is a component-level browser check,
not a full-stack run.
