       Thanks @areusch for pointing this out! The very first version of this 
draft refers meta schedule as a probabilistic programming language, but later 
Tristan and I decided to remove this term (because it's not super important 
from a developer's perspective, and it can cause potential confusion). It turns 
out that we forgot to remove the word "probabilistic" in the first paragraph
