+1 for removing 3.2, and older 3.4.x releases, and keep only the latest 3.3.6 
and 3.4.2;
+0 for removing 2.10.2, not sure how long if we want to keep the latest Hadoop 
2 there;

Users are able to use closer.lua[1] to download all versions from an unified 
URL,
it will route to dlcdn.apache.org or archive.apache.org site automatically.
