Another approach to take is to have nested interface as follows:

public @interface Audience {
  public @interface Public {
  }
  
  public @interface Private {
  }
}
{noformat}

Code can be annotated then by using @Audience.Public, @Audience.Private

This nicely groups all the annotations together under Audience, without needing 
to use the Audience_ prefix for grouping them together.
