1. We can consider adding it to providerUtils:
/hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/security/ProviderUtils.java
2. Wouldn't that require every release go and change the link? Perhaps we
should change to just directing them to the page rather than providing an
actual?
