[~ste...@apache.org], I just scanned everything that is Patch Available now.
I'd suggest that HADOOP-13208 needs to get committed ahead of this one, because
it has some significant test code changes. Aside from that, I don't think any
of the others must be committed first. Everything else looks like it would be
trivial to rebase after committing HADOOP-13446. Is there anything else that
you think must be committed ahead of this one?
I handled most of this patch by scripting {{git mv}} and {{sed}} calls. I'd
even volunteer to do rebasing of others' patches myself using the same
scripting if that helps.
