So [~ste...@apache.org] - I like the idea of combining config files if we're
going to have ABFS and WASB coexist in the same module, but I'd like to be able
to fill it out such that I can run all the tests in that module. What about
having a separate properties fs.wasb.test.account.name and
fs.abfs.test.account.name or something?
