Submitting HADOOP-15694-HADOOP-15407-005.patch:
I made small changes based on the HADOOP-15694-HADOOP-15407-004.patch, to get
rid of the javadoc violations.
All ABFS tests passed:
mvn -T 1C -Pparallel-tests-abfs -DtestsThreadCount=8 clean verify
Tests run: 30, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0
Tests run: 260, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 34
Tests run: 167, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 32
