Thanks for details. Refactoring does make sense and adding the gcs connector in
apache hadoop codebase will solve lot of release and version issues and I
remember from some discussion a year ago with google folks like [~cnauroth] and
others that this was in plan.
Also till now I was only aware of the JSON based implementation. When have you
added the grpc based connector?
