Chris, i would be great if you can give it a spin in windows. TIA. Regarding
your comment on fixing the exec plugin, the prob is that that plugin is not an
Apache Maven plugin, the issue has been known for long but never got fixed. And
the ProtocMojo is only 80 lines long.
