Actually, I compared against the 2.7 changes.txt entries listed in branch-2. A
quick manual check shows that people aren't updating branch-2 when they change
the branch-2.7 changes.txt. Neat! I'll run another analysis here in a bit.
But I doubt I'm going to find much different.
