I cloned the Git repo at git://git.apache.org/hadoop.git but the doap.rdf file
is not there. The doap.rdf file itself gives the repository URL as the SVN
repository at http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hadoop/, and that is where I
found the file - at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hadoop/common/site/main/publish/doap.rdf.
However, I do not know how to submit a patch for this file. Maybe it has to be
emailed to some individual or committee who maintains it?
