I originally put the Dymanic* classes in jelly.impl as I thought they might one day get reused in another tag library. Though that hasn't happened yet - plus I don't think its a problem to have inter-library dependencies so I'm +1 on the move of these classes into the define library. We can always move them back again if we really need to - plus it makes the core jelly library smaller & simpler.
