Juozas, Normally, when a vote is complete, you would send an account request to [EMAIL PROTECTED], copied to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The account request should state the user's preferred login, their email address and the codebases for which they should have karma. All committers must have a signed CLA on file with the ASF. I like to make committers aware of this when I ask them for their details (preferred id, etc), as I did for Mark. I'll handle this account request for you. I'm still waiting to hear back from Mark regarding his preferred id.
