Wow.
svn checkout is sloooooooooooow. Is it just me or is there a noticeable performance difference between CVS and SVN?

I was able to get the entire commons/proper using the command Craig posted yesterday (good thing disk space is cheap!):
$ svn checkout http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/proper/current
