[daemon] Anyone know how to get the procrun stuff compiled?

Hi all,

I tried to find a copy of the programs in the src/native/nt folder from 
somewhere on the site but I could not find the procrun binaries. 

I then tried to compile it myself using visual studio 2003 but for some 
reason the resource files with wacked and the compile failed.  It kept 
blowing chunks. The README says the author uses VS C++ 5.0.  I can't 
find that anywhere.  I'm hoping this is just old info :).
