as indicated in "Cutting a release".
If have put it at http://cvs.apache.org/repository as well now.
I am not sure we can keep both or ?
Also... I was not able (yet?) to make the md5 checksums so I removed
them (for commons-jelly-(xml?)-SNAPSHOT.jar).
