I've failed to be convinced by any argument to change any groupId. It
really doesn't seem to cause any harm leaving it as is, so lets leave it
as is.

Emacs 22 will support MacOS and CygWin. It is not yet decided, whether
these will be used to run Emacs or the other way round.
