new
StringBuilder(20).append(OMConstants.XMLNS_NS_PREFIX).append(prefixSeparater).append(this.attrName).toString()
be more efficient than
new
StringBuilder(20).append(OMConstants.XMLNS_NS_PREFIX).append(":").append(this.attrName).toString()
?
