Commons threadpool is dormat and unfortunately its website hasn't been
updated to point to subversion (site still references cvs).

As it doesn't appear to have been released then the only option is to
check out the source from subversion.

...and checkout from subversion using the following url:
 http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/dormant/threadpool/trunk/
